James Edward Bailey was born on March 8, 1932 to the parentage ofOrdessa Johnson and J.D. Bailey in Tiptonville, Tennessee. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife Mrs. Bessie M. Bailey; children Shelia Taylor, James E. Bailey, Jr., Larry D. Bailey, Sr, (Stephanie) and Cecilla Barnette. Also cherishing his memory are his four grandchildren and four great-grand children.
