Born April 18, 1955 in Ennis,Texas Jackie Lynn "Grammy" Johnson was an adored Daughter, Sister, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Aunt, Niece, Cousin and Friend. This beautiful Angel gained her wings on Wednesday, May 10, 2022. She grew up in Dallas, Texas and lived with her parents the late Eudell Johnson and Ruby Johnson and her sister Veronica. She attended Franklin D. Roosevelt High School. Jackie had an amazing, outspoken and spontaneous spirit and she did and said whatever tickled her fancy at any given moment. She was a business owner, songwriter, bus driver, party promoter, alarm dispatcher, daycare worker and even took night classes to get her real estate license. She was fearless. With all of her adventures and all of her prosperity being, "Grammy" was her greatest accomplishment and she did that effortlessly. Jackie cherished her daughters, "My girls" as she would always say and they were her best friends. Grammy was absolutely head over heels about her grandchildren. They were her motivation and joy. Jackie was preceded in death by her father Eudell Johnson. She leaves behind to cherish her amazing memory: Her Beautiful Mother Ruby Fleming (Meme), a sweet sister Veronica Thompson( Delroy Thompson), Her sassy "sister-aunty" Rosalyn Menyon Canada, two lovely daughters Nakia Johnson-Joseph and Margret Johnson, two incredible grandchildren Adeja Ross and Trezaun Ross , one adorable great-grandson Ayden Toliver, four handsome nephews Kelon Fleming, Simyon Fleming, Olin Omokaro and Zolton "Rubion" Martin, five great-nieces and two-great nephews and a ton of family that she loved and that loved her.
