Horace Lee Brown was born November 8,1945 to the parentage of Dora Davis and Henry Brown. He attended Dallas Public Schools and graduated Booker T. Washington High School in 1965. He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at the Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He united with Carver Height Baptist Church and later united with Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church where he faithfully attend and serve as a Deacon until his health began to fail. He met and married the love of his life Gloria Morgan Brown on March 12, 1976 where love proved to be everlasting for forty-one years and two children were born. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Dora Davis McKnight, Brother, John Brown, Uncles, Andrew Davis, Henry Davis, Charles Davis, and Virgil Davis , Grandfather, Andrew Davis Sr.

Left in God's care to Cherish his memories: His loving wife Gloria Brown; three daughters- Kristy Mack (Kedrian) San Antonio, TX, Adrianne Brown, Kim Brown, Dallas, TX and one son Horace L. Brown Jr (Gloria) Dallas TX; Special Aunt; Lorena Davis White, his loving grandchildren who he loved ; Bianca, Taylon, Kedrian Jr, Paizley, K'Drian, Skyler, Serrell, and three great grandchildren; Sky'ya, Sakai, Ferrell, and three sister in laws: Darlene Brown, Dorothy Washington, Sandra Kennedy, two brother in laws: Albert Morgan, Willie Morgan and a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
