Mrs. Harriet Lacy was a Cosmetologist and Community Outreach Activist in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, Texas. She will have a Wake on Saturday, December 17,2016 from 6-6:45pm at Evergreen. Celebration of Life Services commence on Monday, December 19,2016 11am Willow Grove B C 1222 W. Kiest Blvd Dallas, Texas. Harriet will be greatly missed by her husband Joe Lacy, Children: Cheryl, Joe, Jr, and Brian Lacy.
