Glenda Faye Jones was born August 28, 1952 to Willis Glen and Bertha Mae Moseley in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Joe Jones, both her mother, Bertha Mae Mosely and father, Willis Glen Moseley, her brother Kenneth Moseley, brother Willis James Moseley and sister Brenda Jackson.

Glenda accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age, uniting as a faithful member of the Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas.

Glenda was a graduate of LG Pinkston High School, class of 1970. She attended Dallas County Community College and graduated with an Associates of Arts degree in Business Administration. She began her career in the Aircraft and Missiles Division of LTV Corporation as an Administrative Clerk and retired from the Dallas County Health & Human Services Department as an Administrative Clerk.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to Willie Joe Jones and to this union God blessed them with two beautiful children: Geoffrey Gerard Jones and Qiana Nicole "Nikki" Jones.

Glenda Faye Jones departed this life peacefully early Saturday morning on December 3, 2022. She leaves to cherish her memory: one son, Geoffrey Jones, one daughter, Qiana Jones; five adoring grandchildren: Rashaad Jones, Bianca Clemons, Kennedy Clemons, Jace Jones and Brianna Jones; two sisters: Linda C. Wilbon (Allen) and Sandra K. Griffin (Curtis decd.); two sister-in-laws: Barbara Maxine Moore (George) & Cathy Linda Green (Larry) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a number of extended family & loving friends.
