George "Buddy" Fitch was born on February 25, 1946, to Jasper and
Gracie Fitch in Collinston, Louisiana, and was raised in Dallas, TX by
his aunt Lucille and her husband, James Toliver.

In 2020, George joined and was a proud member of Community Baptist
Church, under the leadership of Reverend A.L. Banks. His faith, family,
and friends were the most important parts of his life. He greeted everyone
with a smile and an excited "Hey Baby!".

Buddy is preceded in death by his father and mother,
Jasper and Grace, his step-father, Rochelle
Madison, adoptive parents, Lucille and James
Toliver, brother, Rochelle Fitch, niece, Louise
Henderson, and his nephew, Johnny Madison.
Those remaining to cherish Buddy's memory
are his four sisters, Pearl Madison, Lucille
Madison, Rosie Lee Henderson, Una
Mallard, and his brother-in-law,
Johnny Mallard. Though he did not
have any children of his own, he
leaves a host of nieces, nephews,
and their children who will all miss their Uncle Buddy.
