Obituary

Freddie was born to the parentage of JB Miller and Alma Phillips on March 24, 1936. He was raised and lived in Dallas, Texas. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he was a faithful serviceman for 10 years. Afterwards he built a career in commissioned security with Smith Security and Safes. He then decided to try something a little different and became a member of the Walmart family. where he was able to enlightened people's day with his big bright smile.

Ater retirement he decided to be as active as he could by spending time with his family, and spreading love and joy whenever or wherever he could.He met and married Faye Verge in 1962 and built a beautiful life with her for 55 years. The two of them parented, loved and raised their only Child Rhonda F. Miller until her passing May 23 2016. They were the proud grandparents of Ahmard (Jelicia) and Phylicia Miller and five great grandchildren Makenzie; Azarea; Lariya; Brae 'Lon; and Qui 'Niya.

Freddie accepted Jesus Christ early in life and was a faithful and active member of Mt Horeb Missionary Baptist Church until his health started to decline. He was a true servant of the Lord no matter who he came in contact with. He'd spread love, kindness and goodwill, his level of humility and integrity was pure excellence and genuine. He was a charitable man and always there to assist his family, neighbors, friends, and countless strangers.

He's proceeded in death by (Mother Alma Session; Father JB Miller; Wife Faye Miller; Daughter Rhonda Miller; Brother Ben Chapel; Step Brother Fermi Nealy; Step Sister Nola Brennan; Special Nephew Kerwin Hayes. He leaves to cherish his memories His sister Mary Johnson; Sister-in-Law Rosie Hodges; Grandson Ahmard Miller (Jelicia); Granddaughter Phylicia Miller; Great Grands Makenzie; Azarea; Lariya; Brae 'Lon; Qui 'Niya. A Host Of Nieces and Nephews, family and friends.Psalms 147:3 He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds.
