Frances Delois Hutchinson was born August 11, 1943, in Plano, Texas to Willie Glen and Martha Louise Hutchinson. She attended Dallas Independent School District and graduated from James Madison High School.

On March 8, 1963, Frances D. Hutchinson married Ozie Keeton, her loving and devoted husband of 42 years. To this union, two beautiful children were born.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ozie Keeton, parents Willie Martha Hutchinson, and three brothers Willie Gene, Clarence Ray, and Don Alvin Hutchinson. Frances was also preceded in death by a beautiful granddaughter.

Frances leaves to cherish her memories her Children John Mark Keeton and Tracy Brown; Grandchildren Robyn and Paul Brown; Sisters Dorothy Nell James (James), Margaret Ann Gallmore, Jeanett Shelton (Raymond), Betty Williams; Brother-In-Laws Isson Willis, Jr., Dan Willis( Vannecie), Mercius Willis; Sister-In-Laws Vertina Hutchinson, Eula Grace Bullock, Jeanette Breedlove, Johnnie Champion, Eula Mae Bowens, Levi Keeton and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
