Felicia Rachelle Perry Manning, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and

creative spirit. Whether she was shopping for the perfect gift, penning heartfelt words, or
enjoying the melodies of her favorite songs, Felicia embraced each moment with grace and
enthusiasm.
Above all, Felicia's greatest joy in life was her family. She was a proud and devoted mother to
her two children, Benjamin and Sakura, and a cherished grandmother to her precious
granddaughter, Amora Reese. She was fiercely protective of her loved ones, always ready to
offer guidance, support, and unconditional love. Felicia's bond with her husband, Charlie
Manning was one of deep affection and mutual respect. Together, they built a life full of love,
laughter, and unwavering companionship. Their special bond was a testament to the strength of
their relationship and the love they shared.
Those who remain to cherish precious memories are her beloved husband, Charlie Manning; her

She was deeply loved by her cousins, and a wide circle of friends who admired her generosity,
wisdom, and grace.
Felicia was preceded in death by her father, Herman Perry and one nephew, Brandon
Washington, but her legacy will continue through the lives she touched. Her vibrant spirit and
infectious laughter will forever echo in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Felicia's love for her family, her unwavering faith, and her gentle soul will live on in the hearts
