born to the late Rupert and Laurice Washington of Kilgore, Texas on September 21,1946. She accepted Christ at an early age, She was a faithful member of St. Mark Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas until the failing of her of her health. She was immersed in a Christian home and community that was a lifelong support. She was a graduate of North Chapel High School in Kilgore,TX. She is proceeded in death by her husband and old man of 48 years, Roy C.Johnson Sr. She is also proceeded in death by her brother Robert Washington, Sister Donnie Gale Washington and her oldest niece Sheila Marie Washington-Bryant. She leaves to cherish her love and support Anthony Jordan (Theresa Jordan) , Bibi Jordan Canady (Dexter Canady) Roy C. Jordan Jr.( Tiffany Jordan), 7- Grandsons, Lerente Allen of Virginia, Jacobie Jordan ( Courtney Jordan) of Arlington, TX, Jecajun Jordan of Dallas, TX and Jaylon Jordan of Dallas, TX. She has one granddaughter Jeliyah Canady of Forney,TX, two great- grandchildren, Jamari Allen and Seven Jordan. She also leaves to cherish her memory sister Helen Franklin of Kilgore,TX John T Washington of Longview,TX and Rosetta Boyd of Rowlett,TX.

Elouise retired from Papercon after 17 years of hard work and excellent service, She also was an asset to Eastfield College and Resistal Hat Factory of 10 years. There are a host of nieces, Nephews, special friends and neighborhood family that counted on her for the patience she showed her own children. Her hobbies were reading books on her tablet and enough physical books to create a library. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
