Obituary

Elmore Brisco of Lancaster, Texas  born April 11, 1942 in Brenham, Texas to the parentage of James and Alice Brisco , Graduated From Dunbar High School in 1962.

Elmore was employed at Wilson Plastic, American desk, Scott & White Hospital and The USDA where he was a soil conservation technician. He was a loving responsible hardworking man who loved his cars and playing guitar and drums. Elmore served in The United States Military (ARMY) Ft-Hood from 1964-1966 earning him a  honorable Discharge In 1966 . He was also passionate about his Church family and was an active and dedicated Deacon at True Love Baptist Church and True Love Bible Fellowship Church for many years, and also Macedonia Baptist Church of Lancaster, Texas.

Preceded in death are both parents James and Alice Siblings James, Sterling, Johnnie, Cherri Robinson and Elena Brisco Land. Elmore is survived by his Wife  of 49 years Ida Brisco, daughters Cathy Bowie (James) and Vickie Lewis, grandchildren John Nutson and Darion Lewis, great-grand child Tyler James Lewis, 2 brothers Lottie V.Brisco and Perry Brisco and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. He Will be laid to rest at Dallas-Ft-Worth National Cemetery.
