Obituary

Elizabeth Isaac Adams was born on May 15, 1933, in Timpson, Texas, to the late Allen and Danny Mae Isaac. She accepted Christ at an early age, which became the foundation of her life's journey.

Elizabeth married Marion Adams in holy matrimony, and their union was blessed with five children. Their love and commitment stood as a testament to enduring partnership, spanning 59 beautiful years until Marion's passing on May 5, 2010.

Elizabeth was a devoted member of the Church of the Living God P.G.T., where she served her faith community with passion and dedication. She taught Bible Training Union (BTU), sang in the choir, and served faithfully on the usher board. Her deep relationship with God inspired and guided many to Christ, embodying servant leadership until her health began to decline in 2008.

Professionally, Elizabeth worked as a private homecare worker, bringing care and compassion into some of the finest homes in the Greater Dallas area until her retirement. Her unwavering work ethic and loving spirit touched the lives of those she cared for and left a lasting impact.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Marion Adams; her parents, Allen and Danny Mae Isaac; and her sister, Mae Allen Brown.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and faith cherished by her children: Alvin Adams (and his wife Renee), Steve Adams, Janet Adams, Sandra Adams Brown (and her husband Rowland Brown), Karen Adams Snow (and her husband Carl Snow), and Detra Adams. Her memory lives on through her nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and dear friends who celebrate her life and the impact she had on all who knew her.
