Services will commence on Saturday at the Victory Temple COGIC located 7205 Tillman St., Dallas, TX
Elder Cyrus' earthly bed of slumber will be at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery on Monday, July 16, 2012 at 11:30am.
