Edward Houston was born February 25, 1951, to Grace Jones and Beauford Houston in Dallas, Texas. Eddie was the 4th of 7 children:
George Paul Beauford, James Wayne, Grace Houston, JoAnn Houston, Pearlie- Houston Stanley, and Curtis Houston.
Mr. Houston was educated in Dallas Public School District. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior, he was a member at The House of The Lord Ministry and Outreach Church located in Lancaster, Tx under the leadership of Pastor Timothy Flemmings.
Eddie pursued a career in truck driving for many, many years delivering loads of freight worldwide. (Big Truck Driver!) he was currently employed with E Transportation driving locally.
Mr. Houston was known for his cool and charismatic demeanor. He enjoyed delicious home cooked meals and German Chocolate Cake especially from his sister JoAnn. He enjoyed taking care of his family and friends.On March 24,2025 Edward left his earthly family and went home to be with God. Mr. Houston was preceded in death by his parents (Beauford and Grace) 2 siblings (James Wayne, George Paul) and grandchild Peirre ( Muhlaysia) Booker. He leaves to cherish his memory: His 4 siblings, his loving daughters:
Lakeitha (Sean) Dean, Timako Hunt, Sheneka Lemons, Stephanie Houston, Latricia (Wayne) Carter, and Marteakka LaFaith Houston. A host of grand and great grandchildren in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
