born September 2, 1957 in Dallas,Texas, He was the first of seven children born. He attended Dallas Independent School District and was a proud graduate of Wilmer-Hutchins High School. Upon graduation he served in The United States Army. Upon his discharge he came back home and worked for the City of Dallas for 32 years until his retirement.

Dwight enjoyed cooking in his spare time. He had a Heart of gold and would do anything for anybody.

He departed this life on Saturday May 16, 2020. preceded in death by his mother Lillie Mae West Thomas, father Robert Lewis Thomas, brother Jearl Wayne Thomas and his grandparents Tom and Mae Pearl West.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his three daughters, Erica Thomas, Clarissa Morgan and Alexius, one son Earlie Blake one sister Vivian Rena Thomas five brothers Lorenzo Thomas Jr., Dennis Thomas, Victor Thomas, Robert Lewis Thomas Jr. his biological father O.Z Wade and children, Mikaela Wade Raine( Robert Nebe), Michelle Wade Spencer (Winston) O.Z Wade Jr. ( Jessica), Stacy Wade ( Kacy) and Brian Wade. eight grandchildren Devin Turner, Chad Morgan, Amanii Ethridge, Teveon Blake and a host of nieces, nephews,cousins, and other relatives and friends.
