Dora Hendrix was born on December 10, 1971, in Shreveport, LA to Ms. Gloria Lincoln and Mr. Johnnie Hendrix. She graduated from Many High School in 1990. Soon after she relocated to Dallas, TX with her mother.

She resided in Dallas more than twenty years where she impacted a large magnitude of people. She spent over 20 years with her employer, Target, where she was able to create many friendships that evolved into familial bonds. In her downtime, Dora enjoyed spending quality time with her daughter, Myeshia Jackson, and two granddaughters, Brielle and Brooklyn.

Dora was preceded in Death by her mother, Gloria Lincoln, father, Johnnie Hendrix, two brothers and one sister.

Although Dora is no longer with us, her memories with us, laughter, and contagious smile will live in us all. She will be greatly missed and she was greatly loved. Those left to cherish her memories include her children, Myeshia Jackson and Terrance Branch, her grandchildren, Brielle and Brooklyn Foxx, her sister Donna Lincoln, and an abundance of nieces, nephews, and friends.
