De'prece Antwon Pratt AKA Big Bay was born on April 8, 1976 in Dallas, Texas to Debra Kaye Pratt Jones and Algia Jones. De'prece was entrusted to his 2nd Mother Gail Pratt to raise him up and show him the way.

Big Bay enjoyed boxing and teaching others to box. He loved to dress.
