Davy Fernell Booker was born May 10, 1958, to the loving parents of James and Marie Booker.

He attended Prairie View A& M University.

He was employed by Texas Instruments for 15 years until he became disabled.

Davy was a member Of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship and devoted his time to caring for his elderly mother and reading his bible.

He is preceded in death by his father James Booker and brothers James Booker Jr., and Bernard Booker. Blessed be the tie that binds mother and son together again when she transitioned on May 6, 2022, to be with her son forever.

Those who remain to cherish his memories are daughter LaKendra Higgs, sister Pat Booker and brother Danny Booker. Niece Kassy Marie Bell, nephews Danny Green, James Booker III, Marcus Booker, Robert Bernard Booker, and Javor Jones and a host of other relatives and friends.
