Dave Martin passed away on July 13, 2018 at Clements University Hospital in Dallas, Texas.  A retiree of DART, Materials Management Division.

He is survived by his two children, Davette Denise Rodgers and Donaubrey Stoker (Stephanie); two sisters, Bettye Ruth Curl and Versie Martin-Moore; one brother, J.D. Martin (Artelia); two grandchildren, one great grandson; a very special friend, Margaret Hearne and daughter, Sheree Hearne, a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Wake: Friday, July 20, 2018 at 5-5:45 p.m. at the Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.

The Homegoing Celebration will commence on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at People's Missionary Baptist Church, 3419 Pine Street, Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Martin's earthly resting place will be at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery on Monday, July 23, 208 at 12:30 p.m.
