Dennis (Jamila) Jerome Harris was born on December 24, 1980, to the late Jesse Harris of Birmingham, Alabama, and Sarah Paris of Carthage, Texas. From the very beginning, Dennis brought light and joy to those around him with a heart that was kind, generous, and deeply devoted to family and friends.

On June 27, 2025, Dennis departed this earth, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Dennis is survived by his loving mother, Sarah Paris; his sister, Raphael Monique Harris; and his beloved niece and nephew, Mikyla Symone Harris and Ashton Robert Fraser. He is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends who will continue to honor his life by carrying forward the kindness and joy he so effortlessly shared.

Dennis will be remembered for his warm spirit, his laughter that could brighten any room, and the unwavering support he offered to those he loved. Though he is no longer with us in this life, his memory will forever be a source of comfort and strength.
