Obituary

Claytor Watson was born January 27, 1922 in Nacogdoches County, Texas to Lonnie and Beatrice Watson. He attended and graduated from the Washington School in Centerpoint, Texas.

He served in the United States Army where he served in the Quartermasters Corp. during World War II.

Claytor was united in holy matrimony to Eula Madison on February 25, 1956 and to this union four children were born: Claymenia, Theresa, Craig and Carlos.

Claytor worked for various companies as a professional truck driver, including Safeway Store, retiring after forty years of driving.

He loved spending quality time with his family and traveled with his children and grandchildren to many places in his seventies and eighties.

Left to celebrate his memories: his devoted wife of 56 years, Eula Watson; children, Claymenia (Foster) Watson McGowan, Theresa Watson Hill and Carlos Watson and a host of grandchildren, siblings, other relatives and friends.

The homegoing celebration will commence on Saturday, November 17, 2012 11:00am at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, 4536 Phillip Street, Dallas, Texas
