Clark Gable Reeves was born on May 16, 1953, in Palestine, Texas to his parents, Robert Reeves and Lottie Mae Reeves. He was raised in the little town on Oakwood, Texas where he attended Dunbar High School. While living on the farm in Oakwood, Clark's love for fostering animals was developed.

After spending several years in Oakwood, Clark moved to Dallas. It was here in Dallas he met and fell for Dorothy Lee Busby.

Their union would result in the births of three children, daughter, Monica Busby and Tameka Worthy; and son, Clark Busby.

He is survived by his brothers, Robert Reeves, Jr., and James Ray Reeves; sisters, Brendalyn Turner and Patricia Banks; aunt, Connie Daniels; uncle, Herman Potts; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Clark will certainly be missed, but we can all take comfort in the fact that he embraced life and loved his family.
