Charlier Rochelle was born on September 29, 1975 to the parentage of Nora V. Howard and Roosevelt Owens.
She was educated in the Dallas Independent School District and later relocated to Mesa, Arizona where she attended college.
She leaves to cherish her memories: husband, Jimmy Rochelle; children, Tre'von Bates, Jimmy Rochelle, Jr. and Jimarcus Rochelle; mother, Nora V. Howard; father, Roosevelt Owens; sisters, Chrishonda, Sharon, Shanika and Christy; brothers, John, Tony, Benard and Javier and a host of other relatives and friends.
The homegoing celebration will commence on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 1:30pm at Salem Institutional Missionary Baptist Church.
