Charles E. Steward, 77, of Dallas Texas, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2026. He was born to Walter and Mary Steward and was a proud graduate of Lincoln High School, Class of 1967. A lifelong resident of Dallas, Charles was known for his quiet strength, kind heart, and deep devotion to his family. He carried himself with dignity and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him through his wisdom, warmth, and steady presence. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Mary Steward, and his brothers, Tommie, DeWayne, and Otis.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory his loving sisters, Clara Annand Donna. He is also survived by his beloved children: Gabriel and his wife Glennette, Charles and his wife Kalondra, Teresa and her husband Bonnie, Patrick, and Damont. Charles was a devoted grandfather to Alicia and her husband Manuel, Derek, Renique and her husband Kenneth, Nick, Chrisse, and Hezekiah. His grandchildren brought him immense pride and joy, and he treasured every moment spent with them. Charles will be remembered for his love of family, his resilience, his gentle spirit, and the many lives he touched along the way. Though his earthly journey is now complete, his legacy of love, strength, and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
