Don't Cry For Me
Don't sit there and cry for me. I'm resting in peace can't you see? I've already ran my race, now I want to see my Savior's face. So dry your eyes and stop your crying. Don't worry about me dying. This is a debt we all must pay. Don't cry for me, please be strong. You will be sad, but not for long. I want you to make preparations everyday, then you'll be ready when you come my way. I was with you for many years. We had our doubts, we had our fears. I've grown tired and need my rest, you know that God only wants the best. Just look up on me with a smile, thank God that I was with you for a while. I'll be waiting in heaven somewhere, come on up I will be waiting for you there.
