Obituary

Chandra Danielle Dillon known by family and friends as Danni began her life journey on May 4,1975, born to Phillip and Reba Walker in Dallas, Texas. She attended Tyler St., Christian Academy, Bishop Dunn High School and graduated from Law magnet High School in 1993. She earned her medical billing and coding degree from Mountain View College and began her career at Hickory Trail Hospital in Dallas. Danni married into the military, and moved to California and Maryland, where she welcomed her only child Matthew Dillon. She moved back to Texas in 2008 and begin working at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. In 2010 she became ill and received her first of three heart surgeries. Danni loved spending time with her family on Sundays having dinner, watching movies, and listening to her podcasts. Her quality of life changed after her final heart surgery in 2021 when she suffered a stroke during her surgery which left her partially paralyzed and blind. Despite the tragic occurrences, she still fought to live and had hopes of getting better. Danni fought a very long and hard battle before succumbing peacefully with her family surrounding her on October 26, 2024. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Phillip and Reba Walker, grandfather-Roy- "Poppa" Hall, uncle-Rory Hall. She leaves to cherish her memory: Her beloved son Matthew Dillon, grandmother-Edna "grandma" Hall, sisters Shandra "Sandy "Wilson (Chuck), Shawndra "DeeDee "Winston(Ken), Charisse Pate. Aunts-Renita Stewart (Errol), Resa Hall, RaShay Hall. Nephews-Kenneth Winston Jr. (Kyndal), Kristopher Winston, and Zane Wilson (Destiny). Nieces-Xia'Milsap, Carly Winston. Great nieces-Fallyn Milsap, Kennedy Winston. Great nephews- Grayson Milsap, Aiden Milsap, Kaden Winston, Kameron Winston, Kristopher Winston Jr. Cousins- Chevar Pryce(Kulanika), Chevall Pryce (Haylee), and Suki-fur baby.
