On Monday, July 3, 2017, her Lord held true to his promise and transitioned her into glory. Brittany Coleman was born in Dallas, TX to Kimberly Thornton and Sjermon Hooker on February 19,1996. Brittany was a member of Kingdom Harvest Church of God In Christ under the leadership of Supt. Dexter Coleman Sr.

She was educated throughout her life in the Seagoville Independent School District.

Brittany Coleman was preceded in death by her great grandfather John Lewis Coleman Sr. (Kimberly), Lee Ella Hooker and Ruby Jean Atkins; grandmother Trena Hooker (Sjermon) and cousin Justin Coleman (Kimberly).

Waving those palms in praise and worship here on earth, are her loving and devoted mother, Kimberly Thornton (Wendell); father, Sjermon Hooker (Kanitra); brother, Jeremy Coleman; sisters, Jazmine Hill (Corwin), Diamond Harris and Heaven Harris.grandparents, John and Dian Coleman, Loring Todd Gowans, Min.
