Brenda O. Washington Fagan

Brenda was the fourth of five children born to Stephen A. Washington, Sr. and Emma Lois Washington on March 25, 1946. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Edward and Stephen, Jr. and one sister, Helen. She accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and was a member of Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas.

Brenda was a proud graduate of the Lincoln High School Class of 1964 in Dallas, Texas. She worked for the United States Postal Service for 42 years. She loved God, her church, family, and music, and she was an avid sports enthusiast. She was a beautiful example of God's love, mercy, and grace. To know her was to love her.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Alonzo Fagan; her daughters, Kelly Hall (John), Lori Price (Winston Bowdre), Garee' Sanders (Phillip), and Taivaya Johnson (Toby); her grandchildren, Jameson Hall, Mackenzie Hall (Harley Graves), Jacoby Hall (Shasta), Brandon Sanders, Nicholas Sanders, and McKinley Sanders; her sister, Carol Gay; a nephew, Myron Hardy (Theresa); two nieces, Shelley Washington and Lauren Gay; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
