REFLECTION OF LIFE

Brandon Lamar Denson was born in Dallas, Texas, on June 22, 1982, to the parentage of Clem Lamar Johnson and Kimberly Denson. Brandon was educated in the Dallas Public School System and was a 2000 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for Performing and Visual Arts. He would later receive his Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University. After high school, under the advice and assistance of his "beloved" Aunt Mary, he worked many years for the Federal Government and later advanced his career by taking a position with Dallas County, where he would go on to receive a promotion into the District Attorney's Office. He would often say, "I love my job!"

Brandon was a very sociable and outgoing person who brought so much "fun and excitement" to any party (especially family gatherings). He had a tremendous love for playing the keyboard, dancing and singing, attending concerts, and simply anything and everything music!

Brandon transitioned peacefully from this earthly life on August 28, 2024, surrounded by his family and friends. He will truly be missed! He was preceded in death by his father, Clem Lamar Johnson; paternal grandmothers Eddie Mae Johnson (Mose) and Bobbie Glenn Johnson (Clem); paternal uncle Preston Haskins (Reva); paternal aunt Mary Johnson Coleman (Will); and paternal cousins Aaron Gault and Dawniele Johnson.

Brandon leaves to cherish his memories: his loving mother, Kimberly Denson; two sisters, Latashia Dickerson and Heather Randle; paternal grandfathers Clem Johnson Jr. and Mose Johnson; maternal grandmother Evelyn Denson; maternal aunt Cheryl Evans (Tony); paternal uncles Micheil Johnson (Teresa) and Camaron Johnson (Sherrel); paternal aunts Brenda Gault (Bruce), Shari Johnson, De'Borah Fontenot (Deric), and Sandra Aryeh (Daniel); niece Aliyana Chavis and nephew Javian Hatch; along with a host of cousins, friends, and co-workers who loved him very much.
