Remembering Arthur Lougin
Arthur Lougin was born on September 20, 1938, in Stamps, Arkansas to D.C. Lougin and Eula Mae Robinson (Bishop). He departed this life on September 19, 2025, at Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite Texas. He was 86 years old.
Arthur (AD to all that knew him) was a caring son, loving brother, remarkable father and devoted grandfather. He served our country in the Unites States Army and owned his own cleaning business for over 40 years. He liked to golf and was an amazing cook. AD loved, always made time for his family and would do anything he could for them. His smile, charm and giving spirit made everyone that knew him instantly love him. Arthur lived a good life and fought a good fight, but in the end, he was called home to a better place and will be missed by his family and friends.
Arthur Leaves to cherish his memory 1 daughter Deborah Lougin; 2 Sons Steve Lougin and Ronald Lougin. Sister Linda Robinson; Sue Jenkins (Jerome); brothers Otis Lougin(Alice Faye).
Edward Lougin(Joann); and Donnie Robinson. Also sharing in this immense loss are his 2 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren.
Arthur is proceeded in death by his mother Eula M Robinson; Father D.C. Lougin; brothers Leonard Lougin, Charles Lougin, James Robinson and Keith Bishop. Sisters Betty Lougin, Mary Jo Lewis, and Doris Lougin.
