He was employed with the City of Dallas, Texas for 15 years.
Left to cherish his memories special friend, Ruby Carter; daughter, Tracy Willis, siblings and a host of other relatives and friends.
The homegoing celebration will commence on Saturday, January 26, 2013 9:00AM at Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home.
