Obituary

Anthony Wayne Williams Sr. was born on November 28, 1960, the oldest of five children gifted to his loving motherEula Jones, stepfather Elgin Williams, stepmother Vivian Wilson and father Barnathion Wilson, Jr.

Early in his life, he confessed his faith in Jesus Christ. He graduated from L. G. Pinkston High School, enlisted in the U. S. Army in 1979 and served as Rank E-1, MOS: Mortaman and received an Honorable Discharge.Anthony's professional career spanned over 30 years with Dallas County; Star Transit; Pezzuli & Associates Law Firm; and (5) years combined with Baylor Medical Center, Parkland Memorial Hospital, Children's Medical Center, and Nations Bank.

Anthony united in marriage with the absolute sweet love of his life Beverly Ann Hubbard - Williams. He was very proud and happy to share life with her and it was shown by the twinkle in his eye and that cute dimple when he smiled at the mention of her name. They met in May 2000 and on July 30, 2001, the "two became one" and remained inseparable for 22 years. Together as a blended family they were blessed to raise three beautiful children, their precious daughter Bhre'Ana Williams, son Anthony Williams Jr., and niece Porsha Hubbard.

Anthony was a very gifted singer whose talent earned him auditions with Show Time at the Apollo. As an entrepreneur, he was a self-proclaimed "King of the Grill" and enjoyed serving up his tender smoked brisket and fall-off-the-bone ribs. Anthony combined his singing talents with his cooking skills to start his own successful catering business, "THE SINGING MAN'S BARBEQUE" giving you Bar-B-Q with a song! He catered holidays, family reunions & other events and he could 'sang' ALL genres of music!!

Anthony loved spending quality time with family, enjoyed having friends over for fun and fellowship. He was so many things to so many people and made a difference in the lives of others. Ask any relative or friend about him and one phrase you will always hear is "life of the party!".
On November 19, 2023, the Lord called Anthony Wayne Williams Sr from his labor to reward and said, "WELL DONE THOU GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT".

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Vera, mother Eula, stepfather Elgin, father Barnathion, brother Kenneth, brother Michael and daughter Denise.Precious Memories will be cherished by his loving wife Bevely Williams, daughter Bhre'Ana Williams, son Anthony Williams Jr., niece Porsha Hubbard, grandbabies Camden and Chandler, brother Terrance Benard Wilson, stepmother Vivian Wilson other relatives and friends
