Anthony Lenard Jones affectionately known as "Poppa" was born on September 26, 1962 to the parentage of Cora Lee Hurd and Wesley Leon Arterberry.

Anthony accepted Christ at an early age at Full Gospel Holy Temple Church in Dallas, Texas.

Anthony received his formal education  in the Wilmer Hutchins Independent School District.  He was a 1981 graduate of Wilmer Hutchins High School.

Anthony was a Landscaper and Carpenter by trade.

Anthony  is preceded in death by  his Father: Wesley Leon Arterberry.

Anthony leaves to cherish his memory and continue his legacy of love Mother: Cora Lee Jones; Brothers: Wesley Arterberry,Jr., Patrick Arterberry; Sisters: Vickey Arterberry, Kim Aterberry-McDonald; Nephews: LenKendric Arterberry; Niece: Charity Rogers and a host of great nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
