Alberta Victoria Suzette Bell was born September 3, 1954, in Tiptonville, Tennessee to the parentage of the late Marcuin Annias Bell and Lauri Betty Bell.

She attended Lincoln High School in Tiptonville, Tennessee.

Albert earned her Certified Nursing Assistant certification prior to her disability.  She worked as a Nurse Assistant at Brentwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers in Dallas, Texas. Alberta truly enjoyed working with the elderly and disabled.

Alberta received Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age.

Preceding Alberta to Heaven was her father, Marcuin Annias Bell, her mother Lauri Betty Bell and one brother Klinzo Bell.

Alberta leaves to cherish her memories three sisters Lauretta Bell Brown, Sarah Bell and Rebecca Buntyn; three brothers Nathaniel Bell, Monroe bell and Klenzo Bell; and a host of half brothers and sisters.  She was also cherished by her nieces Barbara Brown, Lisa Bell and Shai Arrega; two nephews Wayne Rogers and James Bell; great-great nephew Liam Arreaga and a host of relatives and friends.
